Frequently Asked Questions About Having Your Own TV Channel

Q)How much does it cost?
A)We have many products and packages. Please contact us for more information! Our job is to get you on TV. We can work within your budget to make your dream of being on TV a reality. We can help you become The next Household Name brand! Please Note: When you walk into The Car Dealership there are multiple Cars on the showroom floor with different packages! Not everyone is going into the supermarket for a container of milk and there are 100’s of products on the shelves! We have many products and services to offer you and we can work with you within your advertising budget to get started!

Q)How long does it take to get my channel up and running?A)This depends on you. Typically, we can have a channel live in a few short weeks or two months max. This is based on having ALL of the right information and content from you.

Q)Do you create videos for me?
A)We provide a video creation service, However you should have your own video content to place on your channels. If you have a YouTube Channel or Facebook Page with lots of videos then we can take the videos from there, we can use those videos and edit them for TV. You can hire us and our professional videographer(s) to come to your home or office to shoot any style video you like, or an informercial, TV commercial etc. The charge can be anywhere from $250 – $1500 for a 1-6 hour video shoot depending on Time, length, duration, plus editing & You have the option to hire ANY professional videographer(s) who are local to you.

Q)Who owns the content on my channel?
A)You do! You own the content of your channel and the intellectual property rights, the logo, the videos, and any other Logos, images, artwork provided. We are a service provider. We simply create and manage your channel for you on different platforms. As long as your monthly payment is made, your channel(s) will be Live.

Q)How many videos do I need for my channel?
A)Start with at least 3 – 6 videos and you can add more each month. Note that you should keep fresh content monthly because Viewers and subscribers may not return if you don’t add fresh content.

Q)How long should my videos be?
A)That’s up to you. Short videos 7 -15 minutes are fine and considered commercials / Infomercials, How to videos and Ad Videos. Longer videos 30 minutes to an Hour are considered shows like real TV. It depends on your business, how much you want to share, and what you are making your videos about.

Q)Which platforms will my channel be located on?
A)This depends on the package you choose. We currently offer Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Android TV and Live Streaming. Chromecast is coming soon.

Q)How do I “see” my channels and shows?
A)In order to view your channels and shows, you will need to have a Roku device and/or an Amazon Fire TV device, and/or an Apple TV device, Android TV or device! Usually seeing your channel on one platform is enough. We will take screenshots for you on the other platforms.

Q)How do I make changes to my videos/channel?
A)You have two options 1)In order to add videos, you will need to send us the actual MP4 Video files via Dropbox or another service (we will help with this), or provide the URL of the video from your YouTube Channel. We do the rest. 2)You can also ask to manage your own TV Channel and upload or remove your own content!

Q)Can I remove a video once it’s posted to my channel?
A)Yes, any time. Just let us know which one you want to have removed or remove the video yourself if you have access to your channel.

Q)What happens if I don’t pay my monthly fee?
A)Your channel will be deactivated after 3 days (72 hours) of non-payment. You will need to pay a reinstatement fee of $250 to turn it back on, plus any fees that you missed. We don’t fool around. Your channel uses bandwidth and data 24/7, and we have to pay for that usage as long as your channel is live.

Q)What happens if I cancel?
A)You are welcome to cancel at any time. We will simply turn off all of your channels at the time of cancellation. You must contact us in writing by mail service or send a request to us and ensure it’s acknowledged!

Q)Is Live streaming included with my channel purchase?
A)No, Live streaming is not included in your channel purchase. Live streaming is a separate service and offered as an upgrade to your service!

Q)Can I purchase a Live streaming without a TV Channel?
A)Yes you can get your own Live Streaming package from us with or without a TV Channel!

Q)Where can I Live-stream too?
A)With use of a third party software for example: OneStream, Restream. Flutin Live and / or many more that allow you to Mulitistream you can go live with our RTMP server and Livestream Key: You can Live-stream to your TV Channel(s), Your website, To Mobile Phones, Facebook, YouTube, Messenger, and More!
